▍ ❝   SHARLAYAN SHENANIGANS.
As an aspiring mage, Luna yearns to study with the academics over in the Northern Empty. Are you affiliated with the Studium in some way? Luna would jump at the chance to know more or even accompany you there. He's not above sneaking into a few lectures while there, either, perhaps only to the notice of a few keen-eyed academics.▍ ❝  CAT BURGLAR .
In an especially desperate scenario, Luna resorts to stealing from Ul'dah's richest in order to pay back underworld cronies, or to further his own interests. Originally born in Ul'dah, Luna has an especially apt knowledge of it's inner streets and hidden alleys, though breaking into the overly-decorated mansions is another issue entirely. Are you helping him or catching him in the act? Either way, a conflict is certain to arise.▍ ❝   BLACK MARKET BUSINESS.
One of Luna's 'underworld' connections is a Miqo'te named Lene, who handles a branch of business in Gridania that some would call the black market. To Luna, it's just another job. Do you need Lene's assistance, or perhaps you're already entangled in a different group that clashes with Lene's, prompting Luna's involvement?

Luna often works with the unseen sides of Eorzea's cities, healing those who have no where else to seek medical aid. Thieves, burglars, con-men and more—Luna provides succor out of some twisted empathy for them. You, a bounty hunter, hired guard, or adventurer on a commission, were tasked with tracking down the same individual Luna seeks to heal, inevitably leading to conflict.▍ ❝   HEALER FOR HIRE.
Looking for a capable healer to accompany you on your mission/journey/commission? Look no further, as Luna has answered your call and agreed to help—with pay included, of course. He's adept at healing and defensive magics, and is a fairly capable guide regarding Eorzea, too, making him the perfect travel partner. Whether or not he'll keep his mouth closed regarding whatever you're up to, though, remains to be seen.▍ ❝  TAVERNS AND HOT SPRINGS .
Similar to many, Luna enjoys a quiet (or loud) night in the tavern and relaxing in hot springs and saunas. They are perfect places to strike up conversations with strangers, which always have the potential to escalate in numerous ways. One thing Luna especially hates are angry, obnoxious drunks.

❝ Background
Luna was born in the outer ring of Ul'dah. His parents, both avid researchers and scientists, travelled often to further their studies. They moved often, spending time across Eorzea and beyond- though much that remains a foggy memory. Leaving to live on his own after a nasty argument with his parents, Luna hasn't spoken to them since. Not that he could, if he wanted to, since he doesn't know where to find them. Perhaps that's why he now travels in his adulthood.

▍ ❝   I.
Moonlight Attunement: Keepers of the Moon traditionally revere Menphina, goddess of the moon, asking for her protection and strength. While no longer immersed in Keeper culture, Luna continues to pray to Menphina.
During the night, as long as the moon is visible, Luna gains increased magical strength, noted as his eyes glow brighter. (This would be useful if he didn't fall asleep so early...)

▍ ❝   II.
Aether Barrier: A speciality of Luna's magic, he can weave aetherial barriers to block and bar opponents. They can block some attacks, though they'll start to shatter and break unless Luna keeps supplying aether to them. His barriers are primarily defensive, but can be used to trap and contain enemies, deal blunt-force damage, or just to annoy those around him. Tripping an obnoxious drunk with a small barrier at their feet has certainly happened before.

Healing: As with any self-proclaimed healer, Luna can easily mend minor injuries. Larger injuries require more time, aether and concentration. Whether or not he's up to the task depends on the circumstances.
Luna mostly uses white magic to heal, drawing aether from his surroundings and channeling it as he wishes. He can use basic arcanima to heal as well, following the glyphs and runes found in the tomes he carries.
